All procedures and practices by EAS are subject to the strictest guidelines and standards. By reading the disclaimer you accept that EAS and/or its affiliates or resellers can not be held liable in the case an athlete tests positive for substances in the tests carried out on behalf of EAS.

Batch samples of all tested products are retained for the duration of the product shelf life. In the event that an athlete who has been taking an EAS test product returns a positive test conducted in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code, these batch samples will be made available for independent testing to prove that the positive test was not due to that EAS product, based on the tested for substance list and substance referring listed detection levels.

Before using an EAS International product, please make sure that the product/lot has been tested.
